Xenium In Situ – Targeted Spatial Transcriptomics at Subcellular Resolution
The 10x Genomics Xenium platform delivers high-plex, imaging-based spatial transcriptomics at subcellular resolution with nanometer precision. Using padlock probe chemistry and rolling circle amplification, Xenium maps hundreds to thousands of RNA targets in situ within individual cells—without tissue dissociation or sequencing.
