Procurement and Operations Associate
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our operations group, helping with front desk to our
day-to-day operations that include shipments, managing ordering, goods receipt, inventory, and building maintenance.
This is an on-site position, and you are an individual interested in learning and growing with a biotech services
organization in the bay area.
Qualifications
- Any degree/diploma (knowledge of biology and biotech preferred) with a strong interest to learn
- Ability to multitask is a plus
- Attention to detail and staying organized is a must
- Strong team player and able to work across time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel is ideal
