Upload Sample Information and Ship

Register your samples online against your respective order at any time. Ship for arrival Monday through Friday. If you’re local to our lab in the San Francisco Bay Area, schedule your free pickup once you’re ready.

QC, Sequencing and Data Delivery

Libraries are QC’d and run shortly after arriving, followed by any requested analysis. All data files are delivered through a secure FTP link available in the customer portal or transferred directly to your online cloud storage (AWS, Globus or other).

1. What types of libraries can I submit?

We accept both Illumina and PacBio-compatible libraries. We understand loading concentration requirements and optimizing clustering efficiencies for any library type – RNA-seq, single-cell, spatial, WGS, WES, amplicon, bisulfite, TCR/BCR, and more.

2. Do you provide pooling support for premade libraries?

Yes, we offer library pooling as a service. You can send in individual libraries for us to QC, pool, and load onto the sequencers, or send a pre-pooled library.

3. Can I sequence libraries with adapter dimers?

If your libraries have adapter dimers, we will discuss options for clean up to remove any dimers before sequencing.

4. Do you provide QC for premade libraries?

Yes. Our team performs quality checks on each tube received using Qubit and Tapestation. We will review QC metrics with you directly if lower concentration or adapter dimers are observed. We also have sophisticated software that will review your indexes and pooling for optimal basepair uniqueness and compatibility. All QC steps ensure that the highest-quality data and optimal outputs are delivered.

5. How quickly will I receive results?

Turnaround depends on your chosen option with options as fast as Express same day loading of the sequencers. Our dedicated flowcells are typically delivered in 3-5 days, with shared lanes within 1-2 weeks.

6. What file formats will I receive?

You will receive FASTQ files from Illumina and HiFi, plus the run folder from PacBio, by default. If you opted for our in-house bioinformatics analysis, all pipeline outputs will be delivered, including BAM and supplementary analysis files, along with a final report containing visuals and publication-ready figures.

7. Can I customize sequencing parameters?

Yes. You may select read lengths, lane configurations, and flow cell types to match your project’s requirements. We also support custom PhiX loading conditions and custom primers. Consult our team for guidance on the best fit for your libraries.
